Seeing Phantom of the Opera is a MUST for ALL!!!
Here is the rearranged and slightly modified review:
"The Phantom of the Opera was absolutely amazing! We were completely blown away when Christine sang OPERA of the PHANTOM and carried that tune at the end of the song...AMAZING!!!! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. This is the 3rd time we've seen it with my husband. We first saw it in Calif., then in Georgia (we brought our 12-year-old son), and then in Arizona. He brought his girlfriend who had never seen it and she also enjoyed it. It's true that the quality of the experience depends on the seating. When we go again (and we will), we'll make sure to get seats on the LOWER level, not the TOP. We could barely see anything from up there. You needed binoculars and we missed the part with the Porch Light on the bridge. All we could tell was that Christine was singing to someone while looking up slightly. I realized later that I should have paid extra to get closer seats. The show was still incredible, but it would have been even better if we were closer. I still highly recommend that EVERYONE see this live performance and not the movie...the movie doesn't do it justice at all. Congratulations to the entire cast for their amazing singing and acting...Please return to AZ and I'll be there with better seats next time. P.s. Parking at ASU Gammage was limited, but if you arrive 2 hours before the show, you can find parking and buy a souvenir. Leaving was a bit frustrating with everyone in a hurry. We attended the 2pm show on Saturday, November 14th. Not sure about the 7pm show, but I assume it was similar...Phantom of the Opera is truly unforgettable!!! AMAZING!!!! Breathtaking and spine-chilling, :-)"
